If you get the error message that your email address is already in use, please go through the following steps:
- Go to our sign in page and try to login with your email address and your password (You might have previously used that email address to register a DAZN account).
- If this does not work, create a new password using the password reset feature. You should receive an email with a link to create a new password.
- Once you have created a new password you should be able to sign in. If your account was cancelled in the past, you will need to enter your payment details to reactivate your subscription.
- If you did not receive the link to create a new password, or you are still unable to sign into your account, please contact customer support.
