How to watch DAZN channels on your Sky box?

DAZN subscribers can watch two DAZN channels on their Sky Q and/or Sky+ HD boxes.

 

DAZN 1 HD (channel 429 on Sky) 

Watch 50+ fights a year on DAZN 1 HD. This channel is available to all DAZN subscribers for no additional fee.

 

DAZN PPV HD (channel 495 on Sky) 

DAZN subscribers with access to DAZN 1 HD channel 429 can also purchase DAZN Pay Per View events to watch on DAZN PPV HD channel 495.

Go to Add-ons in My Account

Select DAZN 1 HD and follow the steps to activate your access for no additional fee.

 

 

 

One of three ways available. Please note you must activate DAZN 1 HD access before purchasing DAZN PPV events to watch on your Sky box.

 

Go to channel 495 on Sky (DAZN PPV HD), press the red button and select the Pay Per View event you want to buy.

Confirm your purchase. You may need to enter your 4-digit Sky PIN if you’ve got one.

You’ll then be able to watch that event on DAZN PPV HD channel 495 only.

Go to Add-ons in My Account

Buy the event you want to watch – you’ll need to buy the one listed under ‘DAZN on Sky’ to ensure you can watch via your Sky box.

 

You’ll need your Sky details to hand, including your viewing card number (VCN), name and address. Lines are open 08:00 - 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 – 03:00 on Friday and Saturday.

If you want to record the event on your Sky Q box, you’ll need to buy it through your remote. You won’t be able to record an event if you buy it over the phone.

 

Note: it’s important you don’t remove your Sky viewing card from your Sky box – this will cause a delay in setting up your channel

 

 

 

 

Sign up at www.DAZN.com/Sky. You’ll be able to buy Pay Per View events as add-ons when you select your plan.

 

These Pay Per View events will only be available to watch on DAZN PPV HD (channel 429) and not on the DAZN app via your other streaming devices.

 

When you sign up via DAZN.com/Sky, you will get access to both DAZN 1 HD channel 429 and access to the DAZN app for all your favorite streaming devices.

PPV on Sky

 

IMPORTANT - if you have already bought the PPV event through your DAZN account and not through your Sky account then you can enjoy the same great experience by downloading the DAZN app to your TV - please follow these instructions:

 

1. Go to the app store

2. Search for DAZN

3. Select the icon and follow the instructions to install

4. Once installed open the app and log in using your DAZN login details

 

 

If you are already a DAZN subscriber, you can watch a PPV event through your Sky set top box follow these steps:

 

1. Log in

2. Select MENU in the top right corner

3. Choose My Account

4. Select More on DAZN

5. Choose the 2nd option for DAZN on Sky

6. Follow the instructions to link your viewer card.

If you aren’t a DAZN subscriber already, you’ll need to sign up here and then follow the steps above.

 

To find your viewer card number:

 

• For Sky Q press HOME on your Sky Q remote, now select SETTINGS, finally select SYSTEM INFORMATION

• For Sky+ HD press SERVICES on your Sky+ HD remote, now select SETTINGS, finally select SYSTEM DETAILS

 

NOTE: Please don’t take out your VIEWER CARD when linking your DAZN and Sky account otherwise the signal sent to your Sky box may be interrupted and you may not get the correct picture, this would likely result in a blue screen on your TV. See above help question in how to find your VIEWER CARD number through your Sky box.

It’s likely the full connectivity signal hasn’t been sent to your Sky set top box, this could be the case if you removed your viewer card whilst linking the channel. You can try to reset this by unplugging your set top box for 30 seconds and then trying to access the channel again. Head over to channel 429 where you can view events as part of your subscription. You can view DAZN PPV events on channel on 495.
