Find your billing date
Sign in to your account and go to the payment history page to view your subscription plan and billing history. Your billing date corresponds to the day you subscribed for your DAZN plan.
Your billing date may be one day earlier or later due to time zone differences.
If the day of your billing date does not occur in every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.
Change your billing date
To change your billing date, you’ll need to cancel your account then resubscribe with a plan of your choice on the date you want to be billed on.
Annual Contract subscribers and Annual Upfront subscribers may cancel their subscription at the end of their current term.
Monthly users, however, will enter into a 30-day notice before cancellation. During this 30-day notice period, users will still have access to the service. They can resubscribe on a new bill date of their choice once the cancellation is in effect.
